1. Mix water and oats in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. 2. Take oats out of microwave and immediately add in egg whites (stirring aggressively so that the egg whites don’t clump). Stir in protein powder. 3. Top with all the goods (banana, peanut butter).
