1. Combine water, oats and zucchini in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. 2. Take out and let cool then add in the scoop of protein powder, stirring until combined. 3. Top with your favorite peanut butter, raspberry preserves, banana and coconut flakes.
