Celebrate Friday with this quick and delicious taco bowl recipe! It comes together in less than 20 minutes, featuring seasoned ground beef and veggies simmered in Kevin's Natural Foods classic taco sauce, served over rice with black beans and avocado.

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add in the diced bell pepper, red onion, jalapeños, and taco sauce, stirring until well mixed. 2. Cover the skillet and let the meat and veggies simmer in the taco sauce for about 2-3 minutes. 3. While the taco meat and veggies simmer, place your rice medley in the microwave. In a separate saucepan, dump in a can of black beans and cook over medium heat until warmed through. 4. Finally, assemble your bowl! Place the taco meat/veggie mix on a bed of rice with black beans and your desired toppings, such as avocado, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce.
