Bone Broth Bowl for Gut and Immune Health

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Season salmon with olive oil and a dash of salt. Place on a greased baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on its size and thickness.
2. Prepare the veggies (e.g., zucchini and baby broccoli). Season them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a greased baking sheet to lightly roast for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can steam them.
3. While salmon and veggies are cooking, heat the bone broth on the stovetop.
4. Once everything is cooked, add the cooked rice, salmon, and roasted/steamed veggies to a bowl. Pour the heated bone broth over the ingredients and top with microgreens. Enjoy!
