Clean Out The Fridge Frittata
Serves 615 mins prep45 mins cook
One of my all time favorite clean out the fridge meals is frittata! It’s seriously so easy to make and you can throw whatever you have on hand into it! Such a great way to use up those extra veggies you have laying around! (I used jalapeños, onion, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes).

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a casserole pan. 2. While the oven is preheating, chop up any vegetables you have and also the chicken sausage. Cook them on the stove in a skillet until the veggies get soft. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. 4. Transport the veggie and sausage mix to the casserole pan and pour the egg mixture in, spreading evenly. 5. Lastly, cook in the oven for about 35 minutes or until a knife goes in and comes out clean. 6. ENJOY!View original recipe
