To make: * -1 mashed banana * -2 tbsp maple syrup * -1 packet maple brown sugar oats (I used Kodiak cakes brand for some added protein) * -3 tbsp oat flour * -1/2 tsp baking powder The crumble: * 2 tbsp cup whole walnuts * 1 tbsp rolled oats * 2 tbsp coconut sugar * 1 tsp coconut flour * Sprinkle tsp cinnamon * 1 tbsp melted coconut oil 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, mash the banana. 3. Add in maple syrup and stir to combine. 4. Fold in oat flour and oats and baking powder. 5. Pour batter into a greased ramekin. 6. Set aside and make the crumble, add walnuts and oats to high speed blender and mix until texture is grainy. 7. Pour mixture out of the blender into a bowl and add in the rest of the crumble ingredients. 8. Spoon crumble mix onto oat mixture and make sure it is completely covering it. 9. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. 10.
