Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven is preheating, spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Crack eggs into each greased muffin cup. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 10-15 minutes. 2. While the eggs are baking, prepare the sandwiches. Spread the cheese wedge on the English muffins and prepare your protein of choice. 3. Take the cooked eggs out of the oven and assemble the sandwiches by placing an egg and protein on each cheese-spread English muffin. 4. Wrap the assembled sandwiches individually and store them in the refrigerator for the week. 5. In the morning, grab one sandwich from the fridge and pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat. 6.
